WHO WAS THE SAINT WHO MADE THE MIRACLE?

The Brazilian Society, in view of politic polarization, come questioning

the social programs created on the last years.

Actual discourse, in the last years, the government management had as

an objective the population impoverishment, making marketing over

income distribution through social programs with various kind of them as

(bolsa família- is a kind of social program), etc…

According one portion from the population and from the economists, a

solution would be finish with social programs and accumulate wealth again,

which the capitalists will be good ones and will divide their wealth.

I lived for five decades and when I have started to know me as a person, I

was in full epoch of “Brazilian Miracle”, in the beginning of 197o s decade,

when the elites from here, inebriated by the delayed capitalism, said that the

wealth was of all.

Everyone saw the economic disastrous in that moment, that of “Brazilian

Miracle” not had nothing, because if would had been, some Saint would had

appeared to be beatified.

And now the neoliberalism makers are coming back, promoting,

deliberately, ideas from:

I. Disqualification of Public Administration as a supplier of physical

infrastructure, leaving the collective interests out;

II. Dismantling of administrative mechanism, fomenting the increase

of capital concentration and of income;

III. Unacceptable expansion from credit to consumption , as well as to

the exploitation not sustainable from raw materials

Facing this context, we draw the conclusion these ideas nothing represent

the true miracle which we are waiting for, which bring us to defend the urgent

necessity of a model that will be wealth creators and divide the excessive

income, under sentence to get worse the level of concentration income.

We defend, that, the division of income will be just possible with an

efficient application of fiscal legislations, it needs to be surveyed by the Public

Finance Structure.

O PASSADO É UMA ROUPA QUE NÃO NOS SERVE MAIS!?

Quais os pre-requisitos para entrar nos quadros dos tribunais de contas?

Antes que alguém responda, defendo que para as decisões de lá  serem corretas, bastava o analista ser professor de História.

Como lá tem muita gente da área jurídica e econômica, ninguém entende  nada e fica difícil até para um estudante de direito  aprender as primeiras letras dos princípios constitucionais, quando se depara com as decisões dessas cortes.

O tcu, por exemplo, é uma corte engraçada. Só descobre se uma coisa é  inconstitucional depois de consagrada  a situação, depois de anos e anos. É  um tribunal que trabalha para olhar o passado (coisa para historiador). A constituição, os princípios do direito civil nada valem.  Profere decisões para dizer que a constituição nada vale...

Ah, tenho certeza que historiadores nos quadros do tcu,   por conhecerem história e a justiça na história, decidiriam melhor pelo seguinte :

01 por conhecerem história, respeitariam a evolução dos direitos e consequente respeito, coisa que os bacharéis de plantão por lá  não respeitam;

02 por não serem juristas, leriam a constituição de forma objetiva, sem mais nem menos;

03 por serem historiadores teriam direito de errar por que não são juristas, então os juristas corrigiriam...

Mas a coisa se afigura assim: os juristas de lá erram historicamente por não respeitarem a constituição e por não entenderem de História...É o caos ou o fim?! Ou não!?

FOR THE ISSUE OF RESPECT: THE IMPORTANCE OF THE DICTIONARY (THE FATHER OF DONKEYS) (Dictionary is also called as “the father of donkeys”, a kind of Stereotype that the language achieves)

 When it had not computer, Internet, Google, Bing or other tools of research, one of the books more important to the citizen was the DICTIONARY.
 I remember that I had an English Teacher called Luiz Antônio, who said: “ every time that you learnt a word underlined it, because after you will find more quickly”. But the Portuguese Teacher said that we shall to walk with a dictionary in our pocket to look, any unknown word that appeared, we could look to find the meaning.
 The time was passing by and I have discovered how it was good to play with finding words e finding each meanings. After that, came crossword puzzles, word search puzzles, Torto(a kind of play that you have to find words in curve lines) and other ones plays and hobby interesting, as my favorite one, flick through the dictionary and find new words.
 Certain time flicking through the Didactic dictionary from SM Editora, found the meaning of a genius word, but no one reflects about, just the children were obligated to listen to and practice it: RESPECT.
The dictionary presented the following definition to the word Respect: “ S.m. Consideration and recognizing from the value of something or of someone”.
What is more important, beyond to learn the meaning of this word and of the other ones, is to live, and one of more important questions about respect is that, to be respected, is need to know how to respect, what, in much cases, does not happen.
Moreover, we are in the postmodern age, the age of rights, of laws, of social intense relationship, where everyone has rights, or thinks that has. The problem is no one today want to respect life, the sexual option, the religion, the football team, opinion, the other space.
 The Handicapped Vacancies in the parking lot are a good example. Those are full of occupants that has a good health and do not need special necessities, but is because “they going to solve a problem quickly”, they occupied the space destined to someone who are disabled, they has the right to the exclusive vacancies in the parking lot public or private.
 I dare to affirm, therefor, to learn Portuguese, the beautiful of Semantic, or the difficult comprehension of Syntax, “during the old times”, it was resumed to find a new world without clicks, without plugs or net. It was “hard”, but the respect was practiced. However that we did not know the meaning, it made constant in our lives. “The Respect was a question of Education”, as well as my parents said. Today, many things changed. The people learn with more facility, surfing on the internet. The knowledge is just one click. However the RESPECT it looks that has eliminated from the database or even from the dictionary. And what we have to say about the human culture? The respect looks to have get into extinction. It became, for many, an old fashioned word.

LONGE É UM LUGAR QUE EXISTE ?

No Desafio de Touros descobri uma coisa: longe é um lugar que existe, sim!

Mas calma, que explico.

Começamos a correr às 4h15min da matina, cada corredor fazendo 10 ou 20Km.

Essa peleja, sob muito sol e sobre ladeiras, foi longa e dura, mas como foi com espírito esportivo, apesar de longe, passou e ninguém sentiu a lonjura.

Enfim, a missão comprida foi cumprida .

Estamos diante de profundas mudanças no comportamento da humanidade, uma das quais é o envelhecimento da população e uma extrema necessidade de se eleger a juventude como o bom, o melhor. Isso é contraditório.

MATERNITY PAY: WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE PRICE?

            The legislative framework from Brazil that contemplates various institutes which, in search to improve life conditions of Brazilians, were created, but neither were rethinking nor revised.

            One of these legislative instruments, which have as a scope the correction of imbalance, is the payment of maternity.

            This benefit is a constitutional assurance so that the insured person of social security, properly bounded, could dispose from certain time to fulfill her necessities and the necessities from the newborn child.

            This assurance extends to the cases of juvenile adoption, varying the period according to the age from newborn child.

            Let’s see:

            The maternity pay is a benefit paid to the insured person who just had a child, in anyway, by childbirth or adoption.

            The legislator has thought about it, bearing in mind to provide greater life quality to the pregnant woman and also to the newborn child, from the moment of work distance until the last days of maternity leave.

            Initially, is seen this benefit is a trying well intentional to solve a problem of maternity, diminishing the effects from the lack of assistance to the newborn child, as the moment of an adequate nursing, and so on.

            The problem is easy to solve, if they were solved the others pendent questions, what the mothers and sons facing after the child was born or was adopted.

            Nowadays, for example, with the increasing of chikungunya and also dengue fever, between others evils, the thing is still more complicated.

            Is it any good? for example, a mother to plan the born of a son, when the unmanageability of cases of diseases as the above cited  is going to harm the health of the sons.

            It makes sense? a mother needs to work and not have kindergartens  to leave the baby.

            And when the baby who grow up, is she going to find easy a vacancy to her son to study?

            Lastly circulates in the news that the milk is going to be more expensive on the shelves.

            The data points too to the deficiency of pediatricians in the health post.

            At last, are various problems, that should be analyzed to the reflection of everyone. Where we are going with many incentives to the maternity without the return to be a mission hugged with tranquility by the mothers?

            In the 20^th century, the European mothers from post war, they decreased drastically the birthrate, because in that moment the continent did not offer conditions to sustain the maternity, in view of ruins and the lack of perspective in that historic moment.

            The time passed, but until nowadays the Europe try to incentive the birthrate with programs more attractive than the Brazilian maternity salary, but the mothers from there did not reacted to content and the maternity rate continued so far from what they looking for.

            Therefore, I let a questioning, dear reader:

            Why here they incentive the maternity, when was to award who do not opt to have babies?
